Meet Israa Nasir

Israa is a New York City psychotherapist, speaker, and the author of Toxic Productivity. She's the founder of Well.Guide, a global mental health platform with a community of more than 300,000.

Her work lives at the intersection of achievement culture and emotional well-being: the self-worth, shame, perfectionism, and comparison that keep high-achievers always busy and never satisfied. As a Pakistani-Canadian child of immigrants, she speaks directly to the inherited drive so many of us were raised inside.
